Hybrid Learning
Dorset College continues to adhere to the government’s guidelines on protective measures required to be in place in order to combat the COVID-19. These protective measures mean that our classes might be delivered through a Hybrid model in case of new restrictions being put in place.
Hybrid Learning combines face-to-face instruction with live online learning. In the context of the coronavirus social distancing recommendations, a hybrid model reduces the number of students in the building, by moving some of the course delivery online.
Access to the programme is through the CAO or DIRECT with Dorset College Admissions Office.
CAO applicants must meet the basic matriculation requirements of a minimum of 5, O6/H7 grades, including Mathematics and a Language.
FET applicants must hold a QQI level 5 Major Award.
International applicants, who have not applied for access to this programme through the CAO, must furnish an equivalent qualification that is certified by NARIC Ireland.
