Assessment for the Level 5 CIPD Associate Diploma in People Management Course is employer driven and aimed at real scenarios that learners may encounter in their future career.
Learners must complete all seven units successfully to achieve the Award - 3 Core Module Units, 3 Specialised Units and 1 Optional Unit.
Provisional results will be issued by Dorset College; however, the result that lead to the award of Level 5 CIPD Associate Diploma in People Management will be confirmed and released after CIPD Moderation.

The qualification is not graded and learners will receive a Pass or Fail. (Credit Value: 42 Credits)
This qualification is equivalent to Level 7 on the Irish National Framework of Qualifications (NFQ) and Level 5 in the UK's Regulated Qualifications Framework (RQF).
