Ashley Sands is a HR consultant with over 25 years’ experience, spanning large and small organisations in a variety of industries. Ashley’s career has included senior roles in HR including Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, and Project Management.
Ashley holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from Dublin City University and a Level 9 Professional Certificate in Governance with the Institute of Public Administration. Ashley is also a qualified Career Coach and Certified People Analytics Specialist. Ashley is an accredited CIPD member.
Ashley is also a lecturer of CIPD People Practitioner courses at Levels 3 & 5 and is passionate about the people profession. Ashley believes the people profession plays a critical role in every organisation and is delighted to be helping learners at Dorset College Dublin to enter and progress in the profession
