A Chartered Fellow of the CIPD, Alan has a strong background in employment law and employee relations in both unionised and non-unionised environments. A proven track record of dedication to continuous improvement and efficiency through technology enabling many transformational HR projects and initiatives.
Worked in culturally diverse organisations and roles with international experience leading teams across Europe, the US, Canada and Hong Kong. Graduated in 2018 with a first-class honours MBA and a published author on the Digitisation of HR Services and Processes (Lambert Academic Publishing, 2019).
