The module facilitates the analysis of the issues involved in the strategic management and development of organisations. This module aims to give the learner in-depth knowledge of Strategic Management which can be defined as the art and science of formulating, implementing, and evaluating cross-functional decisions that enable an organisation to achieve its objectives.
