Elaine holds a degree in Business and Marketing and an MA in Intercultural Studies (DCU). Elaine is a lecturer in Human Resources, Communications and Business Management, with a strong academic and teaching background of over 20 years.
In addition, Elaine holds industry experience and expertise with international students where she helps foster, develop and motivate critical skills for her students whre they an use these for their own personal and professional growth.
Elaine is focused on developing students interpersonal skills, critical thinking and professional development.
