On Tuesday the 15th of March, Dorset College welcomed staff members from Lycée Professionnel Louis Blériot, a vocational High School near Marignane in France. Sophie Burtin and her team are currently travelling around Dublin visiting various schools and colleges to write a report on the differences between the Irish and French educational systems, and the different modes of learning between the two countries.
To facilitate this, a presentation was given to help them to discover the differences and points in common between these two education structures. It was great to hear first-hand experiences of how teaching is different across various countries, courses and cultures.
Dorset College thank the staff from Lycée Professionnel Louis Blériot for their visit and are looking forward to connecting with them again in the future.
