Ireland is undoubtedly a country full of opportunities when it comes to the job market. With one of the highest minimum wages in Europe today at €10.20, we see a vibrant country full of possibilities.
The country stands out because it is home to major companies such as Facebook, Google, PayPal, Accenture and TikTok, among other technology giants.
With so many companies established in the country, automatically, the generation of jobs is continuous. On specialised websites such as Indeed, Jobs.ie, and Irishjobs.ie among others there are many job openings available.
Besides this, another segment that has many vacancies is the hospitality sector (restaurants, cafes, and pubs), because they hire a lot, especially in the European summer, which is from June to September.
With this in mind, Dorset College Dublin has decided to give extra help to its students, so finding their first job, or even changing careers has become easier. Through our Facebook group or LinkedIn Alumni Profile, the students will find out about various jobs available and can apply for all of them.
