Kate Molloy

Student Experience

Kate holds a Masters in Contemporary Art Practice from the University of Edinburgh and a BA Hons in Fine Art from the ATU Galway. Working in Student Experience, Kate will be leading and implementing student activities such as the Dorset College Social Programme as well as Clubs and Societies.

In addition to this, Kate will be helping with student governance and coordinate the face to face Class Representative Training. Kate has a specific interest in mental health, well-being and cultural activities that encourage students to engage with their creativity.

Previously Kate worked as research assistant to the Deputy Dean of the Elam School of Fine Arts and as an administrator for the Career Development Employability Services at University of Auckland, New Zealand.

Kate has travelled extensively, working in a variety of roles and volunteering with different charities. Kate was shortlisted for Contemporary Visions VI, London and has exhibited her work both nationally and internationally. Kate is a current member of A4 Sounds (Artist Studios & Gallery).
