Amanda is a qualified professional with a degree in Business and a Postgraduate in Teaching and Learning in Higher Education. Amanda has over 7 years of experience as an Administrator and Customer support in the Higher Education field.

In her role at Dorset College, Amanda provides individual and personal support to students and Lecturers of the Business Courses, following Dorset College and QQI procedures. As the faculty Administrator for the Business programmes, Amanda builds strong relationships with both faculty and learners.

Highly motivated, Amanda loves working through the administrative process and interacting and learning with different cultures. As a personal project, she also has a Post-Graduate qualification in African Studies and researched ancestor techniques for mental health.
