I heard about it through a Google search, but I knew about Dorset College and the high-quality of the college from family members.
What was it about Dorset College and/or this course that appealed to you?
For me, it was to get intensive training and support which would result in a well recognised qualification.
How was your experience studying at Dorset College?
Excellent! Our Lecturer was incredible with a real passion and knowledge in the subject. The course material was delivered in a practical way with lots of role plays and examples. The college academic staff were always available to answer questions and offer any support we needed.
Has your experience at Dorset College influenced your professional developmet?
From a personal perspective, it has helped grow my confidence and skills. Professionally, it has lead to a salary increase and opened door's for my career development.
What recommendation would you have for those who are thinking about studying with us in the future?
Try not to miss classes and make sure to keep on top of the material. Be prepared and dedicated for the short time. The assignments are scary initially but the Lecturer and staff are really helpful. Be prepared to dedicate time for 7 assignments of CIPD standards. But the assignments will help you learn and develop. It is all worth it for sure for career progression.
