Critique the concept of the Employee life Cycle and its modifications within an International context

Evaluate the impact of cross cultural variability in management/leadership style and actions as a basis for personal effectiveness in International Organisations.

This Module will enable students to understand concepts and theories of effective Human Resources Management and to apply these within an International Business perspective.
